I found Brian Phegan on Google when I wanted an agent from the Albury area. I am in Queensland & could not go down to Albury due to my busy schedule. Brian Phegan isn’t a Plumber…. (There’s a story to make you smile!) But he is a Real Estate Agent with superior qualities.  I have Sold twice and bought once with Brian’s assistance over a period of 10 years. I have worked in the industry myself as a Real Estate Sales Rep and planned to sell my own house but due to personal circumstances this became out of my reach.  I knew Brian was the only Agent I would use due to his ability to “make things happen”!  Brian LISTENS which is quite rare in the real estate industry.  Selling houses is about people and understanding their needs.  Once you know their needs and desires working with the client for the best possible outcome.  I can assure you that is the way Brian works and will do everything in his endeavors to assist the process.  He will not waste your time and emotional energy with feedback of a “main stream real estate nature”.  You will be kept informed with relevant information including current market trends, what quality of buyers are about and general statistical facts regarding the local district which may have an effect on your sale. Once you first get your home listed the real “behind the scene work” begins!  I found Brian to have an excellent knowledge of the buyers in the market place (not simply put up a sign and wait!)
