Selling Phase (Usually 7-42 Days)
- Obtain a contract from your solicitor
- Write Property Story
- Photography Shoot, select photographs to be used
- Approve floorplans
- Owner review
- Prepare the Internet. Launch Online Presence

- Database release pre-market
- Special Inspections with identified interested buyers
- Owner feedback
- Press release/Open Inspections/ Special Inspections
- Security/information gathering, two agents at each Open Inspection

Settlement Process (usually 30-45 Days)
- Instruct solicitors/conveyancers. CC owners in.
- Advise lending bodies
- Attend valuer at the property
- Attend pest and building inspectors at the property
- Monitor exchange of contracts
- Monitor cooling off period
- Advise owner of unconditional exchange of contracts
- Monitor rundown to settlement
- Attend settlement if required
- Bank deposit to owner’s bank account (commission is paid by deduction)
- Remove from internet
- Remove sign
- Close file
